Planning Pipeline

The planning pipeline helps teams take an idea and turn it into implementation without losing context.

A standard planning run moves through four layers:

1. BRD — the business goal, problem, scope, and constraints
2. PRD — what the product should look like and how users should experience it
3. HLD — the system design that enables the product
4. LLD — implementation details, APIs, data models, migrations, and task-ready specs

Each layer builds on the one before it. This keeps product and engineering decisions connected instead of forcing each team to reconstruct context later.

At each stage, Opheleon drafts the document and pauses for review. You can approve the output, ask for changes, or revise an earlier layer if the plan needs to change.
