Review and Approve Drafts
Opheleon drafts planning documents for you, but the final decision stays with your team.
When a draft is ready for review, you can:
- Approve it and move forward.
- Edit the draft directly.
- Request changes with feedback.
- Reject the draft and rerun the stage.
What to check
When reviewing a draft, look for:
- Incorrect assumptions.
- Missing constraints.
- Product behavior that does not match the intended scope.
- Technical decisions that need more context.
- Areas where the draft is too vague to act on.
Why approval matters
Each approved layer becomes context for the next one. A weak BRD can lead to a weak PRD, which can lead to a weak design and implementation plan.
Approve a draft only when it is strong enough for the next layer to build on.

Review a generated draft
Review gates let your team approve, edit, request changes, or revise earlier planning layers.

Request changes with feedback
When a draft is not ready, tell the agent what needs to change before continuing.
